LSF Scholarship Application

Scholarship form information

After your scholarship information is reviewed, funds are awarded to applicants in one of two ways:
1.     Reimbursement for identified expenses that have already been paid by the applicant (In order to finalize reimbursement, receipts are needed to be
submitted to LSF for review and approval).
2.    Direct payment to the affiliate organization or program for expenses that you have identified for LSF to support and fund. No funding will go directly to
the scholarship recipient.

Registration Windows:

Winter
Applications due by March 31st

Spring/Summer
Applications due by July 31st

Fall
Applications are due by November 30th
