St. Paul Lacrosse Camps
In cooperation with St. Paul Parks and Recreation, the Lewis Sports Foundation offers free introductory lacrosse camps for youth at various parks this summer. Most of the camps are offered from 1pm-3pm, 2-3 days each week. These activities are for youth ages 5-13. Registration is required.
Lacrosse activities focus on overall development of physical active participants by offering co-educational skills and training. Each camp is open to all ability levels. Qualified coaches advance lacrosse skills and staff engage participants in leadership exercises. Coach to student ratio is 1:10 while social distancing protocol is maintained.
